The 2018 Rosé is in a tip of the cap to Old World nuance and sophistication, our 2018 Napa Valley Rosé of Cabernet Sauvignon reveals whispers of tart cherries, complimented by subtle hints of apricots.

$41.00 per Bottle

The 2014 On Q Appassionata Cabernet is dense, dark and inky blue/purple in the glass. Dark fresh fruit, with huckleberry, blackberry, plum, red cherry and violet lead the charge out of the glass. As it slowly uncoils, subtle notes of cocoa nib, star anise, fennel bulb, and graphite - finishing with lingering hints of baking spices such as coriander, cinnamon and vanilla inter-mixed which chocolate and espresso stemming from the well-integrated French oak barrels where it underwent extended elevage for 28 months. As the second, third and fourth wave of flavors burst forth on your palate, you begin to comprehend how the fragrant bouquet and palate are working together to create a memorable tasting experience. Extremely approachable for a young wine, polished tannins, as well as seductively promising complexities yet to come, the structure is intertwined with tart acidity induced by long hang-time from the cools hills of Coombsville. Drinkable now but will benefit with more bottle aging and should drink well for 20-25 years

The timing of life is what allows destiny to become reality.  Recognizing the parallel between extraordinary wine and music, Cadence is a Cabernet Sauvignon inspired by the rhythm of life; its timing is when true magic is created.  A blend of the finest Napa Valley grapes yields notes of lush black currant, accents of red cherry, with a harmony of silky tannins for a finale of alluring flavors.

$86.00 per Bottle

A bright wine, a hint of citrus on the nose shows, lemon mirengue and a touch of toasted brioche.  In the mouth the wine is fresh, crisp with nice weight and texture.  A hint of well-integrated oak and a touch of sweetness, the wine has a long lingering finish with excellent vibrancy and freshness.

Beautiful nose of cassis, licorice with red fruit and a hint of menthol. Mid palate has attractive silky tannins combined with good acidity and a bed of ripe cranberries, red fruit and blackberries. Complementing the fruit you will find elegant touches of
A savory character of smoked meat on the nose balanced with notes of Black Mission figs, cinnamon and thyme. Great acidity on the palate with flavors of wild cherry, cracked pepper, crushed dried herbs and black licorice.

The 2014 Cabernet Franc is another striking wine from Bennett Vineyard in Coombsville. Enticing aromatics meld into a core of intense, flamboyant red. Varietal notes come through, but at present the new French oak is a bit dominant. It will be interesting to see how things shape up as the 2014 ages. Drink 2016-2020.

The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon (Coombsville), from Bennett Vineyard, is a total knock-out. Graphite, menthol, black fruit, lavender, spice and savory herbs make a strong first impression. This is a classic Coombsville Cabernet built on minerality, energy and cool, soil-driven tension. I would give the 2014 a few years in bottle to soften, but it is quite impressive, even at this early stage. The 2014 is a wine of real depth, gravitas and pedigree. Drink 2018-2026.

$151.00 per Bottle

The 2014 Malbec, from Stagecoach, is superb. Boisterous, exuberant and flamboyant to the core, the Malbec hits the palate with serious fruit intensity. Scents of rose petal, lavender, sweet spice and new French oak are front and center, with more mineral and savory notes develop with time in the glass. This is an especially opulent style with tons of near and medium term appeal. Drink 2016-2022.

$126.00 per Bottle

2014 Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley) is a delicious, juicy wine to drink now and over the next handful of years. Black cherry, plum, mocha, cloves, new leather and cedar give the 2014 much of its succulent, inviting personality. This is an especially bold, racy style, but it works.   Drink 2017-2026.

$126.00 per Bottle

The 2014 Proprietary Red exhibits plenty of chocolate, crème de cassis, soft tannins, low acidity and a dense ruby/purple color in a medium-bodied, elegant, fleshy style.  Drink it over the next 15-20 years.
