The 2015 Russian River Valley Chardonnay is sourced from the legendary Ritchie Vineyard, a vineyard that was planted in 1971 and is widely-recognized to be amongst some of the very best Chardonnay sites in the country. The Old Wente clone (on AXR-1 rootstock) Chardonnay is grown on the rolling hillsides of the Russian River Valley. The Sandy Goldridge Loam soils that the Chardonnay grapes are grown on originated from an archaic seabed containing tuffaceous volcanic pumice deposits mixed with small pebbles. The oceanic coastal breezes deliver cooling fog in the mornings and evenings, creating idyllic balanced growing conditions. This combination brings forth an exceptionally unique “Grand Cru” site that produces wines of intense character and complexity.
Some notably captivating aromas on the bouquet include dense vanillin, baking spices, leather, rose water, mocha, alluring luxardo cherries, White Rabbit Chinese candy, and a hint of forest floor. On the palate, it's bold, complex, opulent, and captivating with dense notes of blackcurrant, crème de cassis, dark cherry liqueur, pencil shavings, and a perennially focused coffee finish. It's the perfect combination of innocence and mastery. In fact, if one didn't know better, this could easily be mistaken for a Cabernet Sauvignon.
This beautifully balanced mountain Cabernet Sauvignon starts with floral aromas and bright acidity with flavors of pomegranate and cranberry, and finishes with vanilla spice, nutmeg and anise with a lingering smooth tannin structure the whole way through that will delight the palate.
This Rose' is a blend of 98% Cabernet Sauvignon from our vineyard on Howell Mountain and 2% Refosco. This blend is a creation of flavors of pomegranate, strawberry and cranberry. The full-bodied Rose' has a great finish with bright acidity and a hint of tannins.
This Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is drinking wonderfully now and will age beautifully for many years. The aroma explodes with ripe cassis. blackberry, plum, and a hint of cedar. The intense dark fruit is complemented by subtle hints of clove, toast, and soft vanilla. The palate is full and round with silky tannins that envelope the intense core of fruit that carries through to an incredibly long finish.
The 2018 Las Bonitas Pinot Noir boasts alluring notes of blackberry, blueberry, and rich raspberry. Bold entry on the palate, followed by great tension, focus, with a malleable structure, and a long, supple finish.

A blend of Rhone grapes (Syrah and Grenache) and tribute to the beautifully dark and mysterious Syrah-dominated Northern Rhone blends from Hermitage, France. Deep and inky violet color leads to comapct and focused aromas of elderberry and black fig framed by hints of smoky charcoal. Smooth and supple mouthfeel shows a blast of dark cherry fruit and savory notes of olive, bacon fat, an spicy white pepper. Well-integrated tannins and balance ultimately define this wine, which will only get more elegant over the next 5-10 years. Young and vibrant now, the Cuvee Hermitage should pair wonderfully with barbeque, smoked meats, and pretty much anything cooked on the grill.
